We are not a senior care provider, placement agency, or healthcare company. We do not manage, operate, or have any affiliation with the facilities listed on this site unless explicitly stated.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing information and present balanced, accurate content, we make no guarantees about the quality, safety, licensing, staffing, or suitability of any facility listed on this site.

Our guidance is always based on your specific situation and our independent vetting process. If no facility in our partner network matches your criteria, we will recommend the most suitable option for you regardless of any commercial relationship.

We reserve the right to establish featured placement arrangements with select facilities. Any such arrangement is subject to our independent verification and editorial standards. Payment alone does not guarantee featured placement or a positive review.

5. Facility Listings

Facilities are listed on RetireMexico.com at our editorial discretion. Facilities may submit information for listing consideration through our submission process. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.

Correction requests. Facility representatives who believe their listing contains factually incorrect information may request a correction by contacting us at hola@retiremexico.com. We will review and respond to correction requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Removal requests. Facilities may request removal of their listing by contacting us at hola@retiremexico.com. Removal requests are reviewed at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to remove a listing but will consider all requests in good faith.

All content on RetireMexico.com, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Vivian Agency OÜ or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without our prior written permission.
