Rudy & Magda's Care Home

Rudy & Magda’s Care Home is one of the most intimate senior residences in the Lake Chapala area, with capacity for just nine residents. It is run by a local family. The wife, Magda, is a Registered Nurse (RN). Her husband, Rudy, is a former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The home is located in San Antonio Tlayacapan, a quiet town between Ajijic and Chapala, less than five minutes from Hospital San Antonio and Lakeside Medical Group

The home offers assisted living and full nursing care, with 24-hour staff on site, physical therapy, and memory care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Bilingual staff (English and Spanish) make day-to-day life and family communication easy.

Room options include private with private bath, private with shared bath, and shared rooms. Beyond care, the home has gardens, a common lounge, plus organized outings to keep residents engaged.
