The monthly fee covers accommodation, three daily meals, housekeeping, personal laundry and regular geriatrician visits. Families provide medications and personal hygiene products, although CasaMar can arrange purchases for an additional charge.

Nursing and Medical Support

Professional nurses and caregivers provide 24-hour support, including medication administration, monitoring and assistance with daily activities.

A geriatrician visits twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with visits included in the monthly fee. CasaMar also has a physical therapist who serves as a paramedic.

Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are available for residents recovering from hospital stays or requiring additional medical assistance.

Meals and Daily Activities

Residents receive three chef-prepared meals a day plus snacks, with menus developed in consultation with a nutritionist.

Daily routines include guided mobility exercises, physical wellness activities and memory stimulation programmes. Creative activities include art and music therapy, reading clubs, table games, arts and crafts, and movie nights.

CasaMar also organises birthday celebrations, traditional American and Mexican holiday activities, and weekly shopping trips. Residents can spend time outdoors on the ocean-facing terraces or in the gardens.
