Casa Elite Senior Living is a senior residential community in Cabo Norte, Mérida, offering independent living, assisted support and advanced care alongside permanent, temporary and recovery stays. Residents have access to on-site nursing, rehabilitation, activities and selected Cabo Norte amenities, with the level of support tailored to their care needs. The community combines accommodation, care, dining, health monitoring and facilities within one residential setting, while allowing residents to receive different levels of assistance depending on their specific requirements and type of stay.

Types of Stay at Casa Elite Senior Living

• Permanent Stay: Long-term residential living for seniors looking for an ongoing home, community and access to support. This option is intended for residents making Casa Elite their long-term place of residence.
• Temporary Stay: Short-term accommodation for those who want to experience Casa Elite for a limited period or families looking for a respite option. It provides access to the community and its services without requiring a permanent stay.
• Recovery Stay: A short-term option providing specialized care and support during recovery, including post-operative recovery. This stay is designed around additional assistance residents may need while recovering.

Care Options

• Independent Living: For residents who remain largely self-sufficient. Includes three meals and two snacks daily, daily housekeeping, up to 9 kg of laundry per week, concierge services, group physical, cognitive, psychological and social activities, six-monthly gerontological assessments, an in-room emergency button and access to a 24/7 nursing center.
• Support & Assisted Care: For residents who need help with mobility, bathing, dressing or personal care. Includes 24/7 nursing supervision, daily vital-sign monitoring, medication management, checks every four hours overnight, four individual physiotherapy sessions and four cognitive or occupational therapy sessions per month, up to 12 kg of laundry weekly, and approximately one caregiver for every four residents.
• Advanced Care: For residents requiring a higher level of assistance or specialized dementia care. Includes 24/7 specialized nursing, hourly overnight checks, daily vital-sign monitoring, personalized nutrition and food textures when needed, eight physiotherapy and eight cognitive-therapy sessions per month, up to 16 kg of laundry weekly, and approximately one caregiver for every two residents.

Amenities & Medical Partnerships

• On-Site Facilities: Physiotherapy and rehabilitation areas, jacuzzi, gym, terrace and rooftop, multipurpose rooms, private spaces for family visits, chapel, garden areas, beauty salon and parking. These spaces support rehabilitation, recreation, socializing and family visits within the community.
• Cabo Norte Club House: Residents have access to Casa Club de Cabo Norte, although access conditions can vary according to care level.
• Medical Partnerships: Casa Elite lists alliances with Hospital Faro del Mayab, Star Médica and Laboratorios Clínicos de Mérida. Hospital Faro del Mayab is approximately 3 km, or nine minutes, from the residence.
• Dining: Residents receive three main meals and two snacks daily. Nutritional support is available, with personalized meal plans and adapted food textures where required by the resident’s care needs.

Costs & Additional Services

• Enrollment Fee: MXN $80,000.
• Security Deposit: MXN $9,257.
• Pre-Admission Assessment: MXN $1,500.
• Pricing Structure: Monthly costs depend on the level of care, suite size and type of stay. Six suite sizes ranging from approximately 42 m² to 76 m², with the suite rental and care plan contributing to the monthly cost.
• Highest Recorded Monthly Cost: MXN $98,870 for advanced care combined with the largest suite.
• Additional Services: Extra-charge services can include individual physiotherapy, psychology, cognitive or occupational therapy, swallowing therapy, medical appointments and outings, transportation, ambulance service, certain nursing procedures, beauty services, medication purchases and electricity usage.
