Hacienda ELM

Hacienda ELM is a boutique coliving community for women only, set on a private one-hectare hacienda-style property in San Miguel de Allende. The property is fully enclosed and surrounded by fruit trees, walking paths, and open countryside.

The hacienda has two Deluxe King Suites and four Signature Queen Suites, all with private bathrooms and views into the orchard, courtyard, or pool area, with a maximum of about six residents at a time. Shared spaces include a dining room, lounge, private cinema room, pool, and a nature trail. Light breakfast is provided Monday through Friday, with optional Sunday dinners and shared meals, and housekeeping and laundry services are included. Wellness rhythms are built into daily life, including yoga, walking groups, on-site massage, and quarterly destination trips.

The minimum stay is 30 days, with seasonal and long-term options available. The community is for women only (no families, couples, kids, or men), and personal pets are not permitted. They offer no senior living, no medical care, no assisted living, no nursing. Hacienda ELM can be a wonderful fit for fully healthy, fully independent retired women who are looking for community, sisterhood, and a slower way of living in Mexico.
