Care is provided by trained and certified nurses, and the team is equipped to handle emergencies on site, including IV administration, oxygen, and swelling response.

The property is built around a garden, with both private and shared rooms available. Common areas include a TV room and a kitchen-dining space where much of the day-to-day happens. The resident mix is bilingual, with Mexican, American, and Canadian seniors living together.

Daily life includes group activities in the afternoons, with personalized alternatives for residents who’d rather skip the group, plus holiday and birthday celebrations. Emergency protocols are agreed with each resident’s family at intake.
