A senior care residence in the city center of Puerto Vallarta, part of a small three-location brand that has been independently operated for about a decade. Care is provided by trained and certified nurses, and the team is equipped to handle emergencies on site, including IV administration, oxygen, and swelling response.

The Centro property has an elevator and offers both private and shared rooms, each furnished with a TV and a table. Common areas include a TV room and a rooftop terrace with city views. Residents are a mix of roughly 60% Mexican and 40% American and Canadian.

Daily life includes a group activity each afternoon, with personalized alternatives for residents who prefer one-on-one time over group sessions, plus holiday and birthday celebrations. Emergency protocols are pre-agreed with each resident’s family at intake, including which hospital to use and who to call if something happens.
