The property is built around a garden with mature trees and a swimming pool, with an upstairs terrace and an outdoor activity area near the pool. A resident cat or two lives on the property.

Care is provided around the clock. Residents receive three meals and two snacks per day, housekeeping, grooming, laundry ,and vital signs checkups. Daily life is built around painting, games, music in the garden, and occasional live music.

The home has nine rooms, with capacity for both private and shared accommodations. The resident mix is international, with Canadian, American, and Mexican seniors living together.
