Light breakfast is provided Monday through Friday, with optional Sunday dinners and shared meals, and housekeeping and laundry services are included. Wellness rhythms are built into daily life, including yoga, walking groups, on-site massage, and quarterly destination trips.\r\n\r\nThe minimum stay is 30 days, with seasonal and long-term options available. The community is for women only (no families, couples, kids, or men), and personal pets are not permitted. They offer no senior living, no medical care, no assisted living, no nursing.
