With a physician on site daily, licensed nurses around the clock, one to two caregivers for every three residents, and a dedicated memory care wing, it is the most complete and well-equipped senior residence in the bay, set in a lush private estate with ocean and mountain views.\r\n\r\nThe residence is full of gardens, fluffy bunnies sunbathing, and a cool, fresh tropical climate created by the jungle pressed right up against the walls. Because the community sits at the foot of the mountain, the rooms also look out over Puerto Vallarta and the ocean. It's a microclimate you don't find anywhere else in the city.\r\n

On-Site Medical Care<\/h3>\r\nPacific Home is owned and personally run by Dr. Alejandro Rosales, who also runs his own medical clinic in Fluvial and serves as the residence's medical director. There is always a doctor on site, Dr. Alejandro or another geriatrician, and licensed nurses are always on hand. Staffing is generous, with one to two caregivers for every three residents. All the sanitation and municipal permits are displayed in the dining room, fully updated for 2026, and the residence keeps a serious amount of medical equipment on site for any emergency.\r\n

Aging in Place<\/h3>\r\nThe community offers assisted living, nursing care and a dedicated memory care wing<\/strong> for residents with Alzheimer's<\/a> or dementia, where a nurse is always present and the bathrooms are adapted for residents with mobility limitations. Because all three levels are under one roof, a resident can move from one to another as their needs change, without having to leave the home they know.\r\n\r\nWhat really sets Pacific Home apart is how much it adapts to the people who live there. One long-time resident has a custom apartment with its own private elevator, designed around her needs and budget so she could have more space without sacrificing care. Another resident keeps her rescue dog with her and the staff helps walk him while she ages alongside him. Rooms are decorated to each resident's taste, and the team works around individual requests rather than asking residents to fit into a rigid template.\r\n

Rooms & Amenities<\/h3>\r\nThe property is built around an enormous central garden. At the back, you'll find the pool, the gym, the dining room, and a TV lounge. There are two kitchens: one private for the in-house cook, who knows every resident's dietary needs and prepares meals accordingly, and an open communal kitchen where residents can host their families and friends.\r\n\r\nA new wing of rooms with ocean views is currently being added above the common area, and the existing rooms on the right side of the property are spacious and finished with parota wood, not cheap materials. Wide, gentle ramps make the whole property accessible, and an elevator connects the floors of the main building.\r\n

Monthly Cost at Pacific Home<\/h3>\r\nPricing starts at $25,000 pesos a month for independent and assisted living, and goes up to $40,000 pesos a month for full nursing care and memory care, depending on the level of support a resident needs.\r\n

Home Care Services<\/h3>\r\nBeyond the residence, Dr. Rosales also offers in-home medical care with nursing, for families who would rather keep a loved one in their own home while still having professional medical and nursing support on
